Excellent raw ingredients, a love of cooking and a bit of creativity! This is how we prepare our dishes, and they have all the goodness of simplicity.  
Starting with our pizzas, which are easily digestible because we let the dough rise for exactly the right time. We top them with ingredients that are always fresh and cooked on the day. 
Our other dishes are just as delicious. Fresh, crisp salads. Ham and salami sliced to order. We choose the very best vegetables for our caponata, and our ice cream is so creamy because we always mix it on request.

We offer the entire range of "Galvanina" soft drinks; and the unfiltered, unpasteurised house beer, lovingly produced by our very own Rolly, who in addition to being the host at 357 has also been a master brewer since 1994. Plus we have a special selection of bottled craft beers; spirits from all parts of the world; various wines by the glass including "Zensa" organic wines; and also our Champagne by the glass. "The List of a Hundred Wines" was specially created for the 357 by Andrea Fenoglio.
